Innovation Studio is the engagement model for teams in that situation. We embed Syntropic Works as the planning substrate — the unified workspace where every venture is tracked the same way — and pair it with partner-level Syntropic time. The dashboard is the artefact; the conversation about what the dashboard reveals is the product.

One venture record per active project. Same data shape across the whole portfolio so cross-venture patterns become legible. Pillars, assumptions, gates, outputs — the lot.

Portfolio dashboard. Stage distribution, gate decisions over time, conviction shifts, ecosystem timing per market, top risks rolled up. Updates as ventures update; no quarterly manual rebuild.

Cross-venture pattern detection. Strategy Analyser identifies when two ventures share a pillar (e.g. shared platform play, shared regulatory bet) and flags consolidation or acceleration opportunities.

Per-venture handoff packs. When a venture exits the portfolio (scaled, spun out, killed), the full record becomes the institutional memory. Methodology compounds across cycles.

A senior Syntropic partner on retainer. Monthly portfolio review session, ad-hoc deep-dives on specific ventures, calibration check on stage-gate decisions, and the brutal honesty conversations you can't easily have internally — "this venture isn't a venture, it's a feature" or "you've been holding this for three quarters, it's time to decide."

The dashboard surfaces what's true. The partnership turns what's true into what's decided.

Quarterly engagements with month-to-month flexibility. Pricing reflects the partnership not the software — typical range £8-15k/month depending on portfolio size and review cadence. First six weeks are setup (venture records ingested, baseline established); ongoing is rhythm work plus the partner conversations.
