1️⃣ What This Is

Syntropic Works ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered startup analysis tool ("the Analyser"). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2️⃣ Your Content & Ideas

• • Your startup ideas, business plans, and analysis outputs belong to you
• • We don't claim any ownership of your content
• • We don't sell your ideas or share them with competitors
• • We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the service

3️⃣ AI & Limitations

The Analyser uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate insights. Important things to know:

• • AI outputs are suggestions, not guarantees
• • We can't promise the analysis will be accurate or complete
• • Don't make major business decisions based solely on AI output
• • The AI may occasionally produce incorrect or outdated information

4️⃣ Acceptable Use

Please don't:

• • Try to break or hack the service
• • Use it for illegal purposes
• • Spam or abuse rate limits
• • Attempt to extract our system prompts or agent configurations
• • Resell access without permission

5️⃣ Payment & Refunds

Currently in beta - pricing will be announced. When we do charge:

• • Prices shown include VAT where applicable
• • We'll give reasonable notice before charging
• • Refunds handled on a case-by-case basis

6️⃣ Changes & Termination

• • We may update these terms with 30 days notice
• • We can suspend accounts that violate these terms
• • You can delete your account anytime
• • If we shut down, we'll give you time to export your data

7️⃣ Legal Bits

• • These terms are governed by UK law
• • Disputes will be handled in UK courts
• • Our liability is limited to what you've paid us (or £100, whichever is greater)
• • We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages
